I have added a page with illustrations about the painter Ruurd Elzer.
Still need to add english translations (sorry)

Because it was taking up too much space, I moved the weblog history to a seperate page and added a link in the menu
The guestbook opned in December 2007 has been closed due to spamming

Wow..... has it been this long since I added/changed anything on this site?
Time flies when you're havin' fun. Added new link, moved others to previously present section. Modified some smaller details, this whole page now in the same character font.
Added: the paragraph "Due to site visitors reactions"
Added: the NAMES page

In a creative mood have translated the site into Dutch and modified it in such a way that visitors from outside the Netherlands (yes there are those as well) can continue to reach the English version.
I hope this is a stimulant and will contribute in more reactions of all visitors

Found some spare time to search for another lot of Ruurds.
Have modified Ruurd.org forum, so registry can be confirmed by the registered themselves.
I also have added a page which displays pictures of Schiermonnikoog, my ancestral island.

Have added some more information to the origin section and could (thanks to his reaction) add a family name to Ruurd ??, i.e. "Pels". Please do write to ruurd"at"ruurd"dot"org.

Also adapted the page styling a little.

Do you have family/ancestors with this same marvellous name.
